Centrally located Cozy RV- Pet Friendly Bunkhouse
All the joys of RV camping without any of the hassle. This is a fully stocked RV located on over half an acre. Enjoy spending your family evenings next to the firepit while taking in beautiful mountain and picturesque farmland views. Take time to relax while sipping your morning cup of coffee on the outdoor swing. Peaceful country feel yet close to town. Central to historic Greeneville, Jonesborough, and Johnson City. We are pet friendly and provide an optional outdoor kennel for guest use.
The space
We strive to offer a safe, clean, peaceful RV stay at a reasonable cost. This bunkhouse contains all the homey touches a guest may need. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress and pad. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessities. There are three smart TVs for guest use ; one in each bedroom and a larger tv in the main living room area. We do provide a small grab and go breakfast bar for guest convenience, which includes coffee and bottled water upon arrival.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the entire RV and to half an acre of outdoor space. The RV is located on a level gravel pad with an outdoor seating area, outdoor swing, firepit, and outdoor dining space.
Other things to note
The VRBO is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a country feel. However, you will still be able to enjoy all town amenities even while choosing to stay in and have family time. Doordash , Instacart , Grubhub , Ubereats , and Walmart+ all provide delivery directly to the VRBO. There are also numerous local restaurants within a short driving distance. Several convenience stores are within a 5 miles radius.
* Guest are required to notify host before booking with a pet if the pet is over the 30lbs limit. Pets under 25lbs are approved with the requirement that they are house trained/ nondestructive.
* Please notify the host if you have more than 1 pet. The pet fee is per stay , so there is no charge for an additional pet.
