Vår egendom visar "Ägarskapets stolthet" och är i utmärkt skick. Detta hem är definitivt ett "hem hemifrån" och vi välkomnar er, din familj och njut av Lake Havasu-upplevelsen utan att offra hemsk bekvämligheter. Vi ser fram emot att höra från dig snart!

Detta hem är vackert inredda och har 3 sovrum (kung, kung, drottning) med ett extra rum omvandlat till ett sovrum (2 tvillingar - endast tillgängligt från sitt angränsande sovrum) och kan enkelt sova 8 vuxna. Det är mindre än 5 minuters bilresa från Windsor lanseringsrampen och London Bridge och ligger på norra sidan av staden nära Havasu köpcentret.

Detta hem är en nivå med de tre sekundära sovrummen mittemot master sviten. När skjutdörren till 3: e sovrummet är stängd, anses den också som en master-svit. Njut av en varm morgon kopp kaffe eller oöverträffade öken solnedgångar på en av våra 2 sjöutsikt uteplatser ligger utanför det stora rummet eller master svit. Gott om lådutrymme och garderobsutrymme! TV, kabel-och dvd-spelare ligger i det stora rummet och sovrummen. Dual-sink master bad med största duschkabin du någonsin sett (allvarligt !!) Det finns en fällbar "Graco" spjälsäng för alla små barn (ligger i huvudskåpet.) Stort vardagsrum / stort rum med tillräckligt med soffa för hela besättningen. Vi har gott om filmer och spel för din visning / spelglädje. Om du har en RV, båt eller andra leksaker har vi parkering för dig (vi har även en båt, men tyvärr, det är inte tillgängligt för användning).

Great place to stay!

We had a lot of fun here. Close to the water which was most important and close to food an intertainment. This time was an only adult stay but I would bring my baby to stay in this home!

OUR CHRISTMAS

We had a great time the house is very clean and well supplied with everything you need. We enjoyed every evening watching the sun set on the deck. The town is clean and we enjoyed the golf courses. We would go back again and use this house!

Perfect Family Vacatoin House!

We were so pleased to find this home is as clean and well maintained as the pictures show. The location was extremely convenient for launching our boat. The rooms comfortably slept our entire group and having the portable crib was excellent! I have already told my friends about this specific home and look forward to our next trip to Havasu. I can't imagne staying anywhere else!

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was to stay at! This was our first time renting a home and the experience was unmatched. Brianna was wonderful and was one step ahead of me on everything, including the emails of what to expect and what to do when we got there. The home was immaculate and just what we needed. My family included 3 adults and 6 kids and we fit perfectly! Thank you for an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!

Easy peasy!

Great home! Big and comfortable. Master bdrm was huge, 2nd bdrm was nice sized. Third and forth bedroom are adjoined though. It seems as though it was a 3 bdrm with big closet the was made into a forth very tiny bedroom for kids. It worked for us though. Briana was very easy to work with. She sent instructions on check in and that was that. She gave us the code for entry a couple of days before we were to visit with a list of instructions for the A/C and check out. It went very smoothly. Thank you for sharing you home with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property but 4th room is only accessible through another room

The place was nice and the owners were great but it should not be listed as 4 bedrooms! The room with twins is only accessible through one of the queens it didn't have its own light switches nor did the doors lock they were push close doors like on closets. Otherwise it was very nice.

EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!

Owner's respond very rapidly to any and all questions. The pictures describing this property did not do the house justice. It does look GREAT in all of the pictures, however, IT'S SO MUCH NICER IN PERSON! Most definitely a bang for the buck. Totally under priced. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay at your home.

We had a blast!

We had a blast!! We found this property at the last minute and we are so glad that we did. The accommodations were perfect. The house was clean, the location was great and we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time. Our biggest concern was parking because we had a truck, boat and two additional cars. There was plenty of parking for all of us.

Not too far from London Bridge

It was very nice, and clean. A beautiful view. I would recommend this home to family and friends. Cons: The check in time at 4:00 is late especially driving from out of town.

Felt like home...

The place was exactly like on the pictures! It was cozy and walking distance to our boys baseball fields!! It felt just like at home comfortable and warming. Definetely would stay on next years trip!

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

October stay

This was our first VRBO rental and it was a great experience. The house had great amenities. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc., including things for young kids. Everything about our trip went very smoothly. There were even a bunch of toys that the kids really enjoyed.

GORGEOUS HOME! This is the home to book in Lake Havasu!

With so many listings in Havasu, we got lucky chosing this beautiful home. Great floorplan, super spacious and a mellow back patio to enjoy the sunsets... we looked for a home that offered two king beds, that criteria lead us to this gem... The home is super clean and has all amenities you need. Each bed was very comfortable, having garage access was great and the location is so convenient. There were cute toys and fun games for kids. Owner is great to work with and provides great suggestions and procedures for checkout. The pics are pretty but don't do this home justice!

Hava Blast

The house was fantastic. I am very picky. Stay at Westins, Beverly Hills Hilton and similar type properties. The layout was great, bedding was clean, and everything worked. More than reasonably priced. ***** 5 stars.

Great Location Lake Havasu Rental!!!

This house was exactly what the VRBO website described: well maintained, clean and super close to Windsor. It was perfect for our large group! The family room had comfortable furniture and tons of seating for everyone. Nice patio for sunset card games and relaxing. Easily sleeps 8 adults and a perfect set up for families with kids. We would recommend this house to our friends and family and can’t wait to go back.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband and I were both born and raised in the same area and grew up going to 'the river' during the summer months. It was only natural for us to want to turn our kids into river rats, as well! We lead pretty active lives and love all of the water sports and activities that Havasu has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We especially enjoy the location of our home due to the ease of access to gassing up our boat on the way to the launch ramp with a quick jaunt down Hwy 95. It is also only minutes away from the mall as well as London Bridge. And when we are in the mood to go dirt biking, access to the trails is right around the corner. We especially love coming off the lake and watching the beautiful desert sunset behind the lake and mountains to the west from our backyard patios. Of course the kids love to swing on our double swing at the same time!
