Looking for the finest treats from one of the oldest candy shops in New England? No problem, it is right across the street (Ye Olde Pepper Candy Companie). Looking for something spooky? The House of Seven Gables and other haunted happenings are just footsteps from this location. Reliable and delicious food is right across the street at Mercy Tavern, but that is just a small slice of what Salem has to offer in terms of restaurants and bars. We have a small detached garage for a SMALL CAR/SUV for visitors, but you don't need your car or ubers either! You are in the nucleus of historical downtown Salem, Mass!

Perfect property

We truly had the best stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The neighbors were friendly. The location was a perfect distance from the attractions we wanted to see and the homeowner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Salem home

This location was within walking distance to everything we needed. The inside was cozy and decorated for Halloween 🙂 a major downside is this is an older home, so you could hear the conversations of people walking down the sidewalk from the sofa.

Convenient in Salem

Great location in downtown Salem with parking. Clean and comfortable space to relax after long days walking. Felt safe and it was a quiet location. Bed was a bit of a reach to get into.

Perfect

The location was perfect. You are in walking distance of everything, but also in a location where there is not too much traffic to interrupt your stay. Host was amazing and he was easily accessible and a delight to speak with. 5 stars for the stay and 5 stars for the location and 5 stars for the host. Highly recommend.

just perfect

this home was built in 1786 for capt allen as a store. some of the original is in this one bedroom apt. located to everything in salem all walkable!! we are near 70yrs and still walkable. full kitchen, but we like eating out in salem. Our host was readily available for our questions. Super clean loved being here.

Excellent Location

If you’re looking to really experience Salem firsthand in comfort, I highly recommend this condo. It’s located in the middle of Salem with all of its charm and attractions making it easy to walk to just about anywhere. Communication with Pat the owner was the best and he made sure everything felt like home. I hope to stay there again on my next visit!

Absolutely Perfect!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The condo was very comfortable, with a great local coffee shop right across the street. Easy walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Salem. The host was incredibly accommodating! He let us check in early and check out late to fit our schedule, and responded to all our requests very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.
