Sunset views over the 18th hole of a championship golf course, resort-like lake community with its own four season heated pool and spa. Quiet location at the very corner of complex.
This second floor condo has a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, and second bed and bath gives lots of flexibility. Separate office gives a place for remote work or read on the loveseat and enjoy the sunrise.
Open plan living space has a breakfast bar on the kitchen to hang out while you make meals in a well-equipped kitchen with double convection oven.
Across the street from "Restaurant Row", near movie theatres, and less than a mile from one of the largest indoor malls in the Valley. Close to the US 60 and 202 for quick access to the Phoenix metro. Close to the state and regional parks around Usery Mountain and Superstition Mountains with miles of hiking trails and Saguaro and Canyon Lakes an easy drive away.
Birdwatcher, art enthusiast, history buff - whatever your interest, you can satisfy it from this vacation hub!
Clubhouse for Superstition Springs Golf Course is a few hundred yards away, and in addition to the 18 hole championship course there is a driving range and practice greens. The Valley is a golfer's paradise, with around 200 courses available!

Din värd
We have been travelling back and forth from Canada to enjoy the sunshine and all the amenities the East Valley has to offer. We ran a traditional B&B back home and have enjoyed the modern era of vacation home sharing (as visitors) so decided to get back on board as hosts!
Varför värden valde detta boende
Everything you need is close at hand, from daily necessities to entertaining excursions. We especially like the proximity to the mountain parks with lakes and hiking trails nearby.

This property is in a well-maintain complex with a corner location and spectacular views and natural light. The pool in the complex is heated year-round which is a bonus! There are lakes with walking trails, and killer sunsets to enjoy from the large private deck.
