This ski condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the gondola. Alternatively, you can take a quick ride on the purple bus line which operates every 20 minutes, or make use of the complimentary shuttle service that will take you to the slopes or into downtown Steamboat (available during the winter season only).

Welcome to our ski house! Minutes from the slopes (walking path or free bus) with access to hot tubs, heated pool, fire pit, and club house facility (includes exercise equipment and coin laundry). This 1bed/1bath 1st floor condo is perfect for a chill mountain getaway. You will enjoy an outdoor patio space, comfy den with fireplace, king size bed (new mattress) and queen size sofa bed, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen smart TVs, and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Free parking.
The space
Brand new appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Fireplace recently serviced and runs by remote (will heat den and kitchen area very well!) Brand new space heaters in bedroom, living space and bathroom. 2 separate sleeping areas. Prime location near mountain base with guest access to amenities on-site.
Guest access
On-site amenities include pool, 2 hot tubs, and fire pit, accessible by key card (found on lanyard hanging above basket on bar top- please make sure to return lanyard to this location upon check out). There is also a club house facility for guest use with tv, exercise equipment, paddle board, games, fire place, and coin laundry. All amenities available from 10am-10pm.

Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No pets. No smoking.
