This is the perfect summer getaway located in the heart of Summit County and in a quiet part of Frisco, steps from the Recreation Path, numerous dirt trails, and a short half mile walk to Frisco's famed Main Street.

Our 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4-5 with a Queen bed and a Full bed, plus a sofa bed sleeper located in the Living Room. It's spacious layout has a dining area, plus room at the kitchen bar for eating and a nice living space with a gas fireplace and access to a private deck where you'll find a seating area and propane grill. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining. This is an end unit offering great natural light from the south and west facing windows. The views from the deck are spectacular, especially the alpenglow at sunset.

The Mountainside complex offers amazing amenities you can enjoy. Choose from relaxing in one of the 4 outdoor hot tubs overlooking the 10 mile mountain range, or splashing around in the indoor pool followed by a calming sauna, or perhaps a game of pickleball, tennis or sand volleyball? The clubhouse also offers coin laundry, a few fitness machines, and a quiet workspace if needed.

The location cannot be beat in our opinion. The Recreation Path is right out back taking you off to explore many of the single track trails, or even a long bike ride down to Breckenridge, or Copper Mountain and beyond. Lake Dillion is also within reach and easily accessible for a day of boating, picnicking, paddling and more. We love starting our day by walking to Main Street for a delicious latte at one of the many coffee shops and shopping at the unique stores the line the road.
