Step into our charming villa nestled within a private gated community, prioritizing your safety and security. This first-floor ranch boasts a spacious living room seamlessly blending into the dining area and kitchen, all with a picturesque view of the serene lake. Adorned with elegant granite countertops and a versatile kitchen bar which can be used for dining and/or an additional workspace.
With three TVs located in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom, entertainment is always within reach. The villa includes two baths, featuring a master bath with double showers and vanities for added luxury. Ceramic tile floors grace the entire home.
Step outside onto the double extended lanai, offering tranquil views of the lake without the harsh glare of the sun, thanks to its east-west orientation. Enjoy leisurely strolls around the two nearby lakes on concrete sidewalk paths, or indulge in the amenities offered at the Island Club, including the popular Tiki Bar serving drinks and food.
The community also features two pools, each equipped with hot tubs, and the Tiki Bar boasts a sandy beach perfect for games like corn hole or relaxing and sun-bathing. For those seeking recreational activities, there are tennis courts, golf courses, bocce ball, and biking options, along with a workout facility offering various classes.
