En plats som hela familjen kan njuta av. Vår lägenhet med 2 sovrum ligger vid Gulf Shores Plantation - en familjesort. Privat strand, massor av aktiviteter, gated community, 24/7 säkerhet och mycket mer. Vårt fritidshus är dekorerat med tropiskt tema och har en direkt utsikt över Mexikanska golfen som kan ses så långt tillbaka som ytterdörren. Fullt utrustat pentry, matplats, vardagsrum är i ett öppet område så att alla kan njuta av utsikten medan de tillbringar tid tillsammans med att bygga varaktiga minnen. Sovrummet har dubbelsäng, badrum, extra utsikt över viken, LCD-TV med kabel och mer. Det andra sovrummet har eget badrum, två enkelsängar, LCD-TV med kabel, fönster, etc. Vardagsrummet har LCD-TV, bäddsoffa, två liggande stolar och naturligtvis utsikt över viken. Din privata balkong har bekvämt plats för fyra personer. Du kommer att vara bekvämt beläget två dörrar från hissen och i samma byggnad som inomhuspool, jacuzzi / badtunna, ångbad, bastu. Gratis trådlöst internet tillhandahålls nästan var som helst på orten så du är inte begränsad till lägenheten. Det närliggande biblioteket är ett trevligt ställe att koppla av. Resortaktiviteter inkluderar sju pooler; en uppvärmd inomhus, jacuzzi / badtunnor, träningsrum, upplysta tennis- och basketplaner, hästsko, shuffleboard, puttinggreen etc. En strandpromenad korsar naturliga sanddyner till över 2000 fot privat strand. Leta efter sportutrustning i tvättstugan. Den berömda golfbanan Kiva Dunes ligger på gångavstånd från lägenheten.
Gulf Shores Plantation är en "rökfri" utväg; med undantag för utsedda markområden. Ingen matlagning på balkonger men du hittar gott om grillar på egendom. Inga fyra ben familjemedlemmar tillåtet på utväg egendom utom för certifierade service djur.
<> Ingen stopp får en nyckel. Sen ankomst är inga problem. Den gated säkerheten är tillgänglig dygnet runt. När du registrerar ditt fordon leder en säkerhetsvakt dig till din lägenhet.
Efter att ha betalats i sin helhet får du en kod som du kan ändra till ett personligt nummer som alla känner till. Alla 3-6-siffriga nummer kan användas så länge det föregående inte är detsamma.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo & resort were amazing. The kitchen had more needed items than we expected. The view was wonderful! The beds were comfy. It was great having twin beds for our girls. The staff at Gulfshores Plantation were great! We’ve stayed at the Plantation a couple of times & enjoyed it. We will be back!

Great affordable property

Clean, small but remodeled condo. A little walk to the beach but not bad. Only thing i would ask for would be a broom and dust pan to clean up sand & a few pans for cooking. Be aware no washer & dryer in room just one downstairs for pay. Overall good value for a laid back beach week.

It is exactly as pictured.

Our stay is exactly as pictured. Much like most things, if you wanted to find something to complain about, you can. Our main complaint was the freezer didn’t seem to keep things frozen. Everything else was as it seems. A little outdated. It’s a good 20 mins away from everything, but since i work with the public, i was happy to be away from the fast life. Would more than likely stay again.

Great quiet place to stay

If your looking for a place that isn’t commercialized and just want to enjoy the beach, this is the perfect place. So relaxing with calm water and not crowded beaches. All the hot spots of the beach (if that’s our thing) is only about a 10-15 minute drive. Would stay again!!

Kid-friendly family-fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great facilities, our kids (5 & 3) especially enjoyed the pool, which had a shallow 1 ft end that they could safely play in. The beach was very clean and we ended up renting one of the wooden lounge/umbrella stations for our stay so we could leave some of our beach toys there and not have to carry them back and forth each day. The condo had a large bin in the front closet with beach toys, which was awesome. Our only complaints were that the condo decor was a little outdated and it needed a serious dusting and deep-cleaning. Also, the front bathroom tub stopper didn’t work, which made it difficult come bath time for our littles, and the master shower drain was very slow. So, you were basically taking a bath while showering. All-in-all, our stay was very enjoyable.

Had a great time property was kept immaculate, only issue is safety related

Elevator in building 4 does not go flush with ground causing a major trip hazard, watched elderly trip into elevator almost smashing face on back wall of elevator. Overall great experience

Wonderful!

This condo was fantastic for our family of four. We liked the quiet location of the resort. The resort had awesome amenities. The pools were great and not crowded. The condo was a lot more spacious than we expected and was very nicely furnished. We loved the keyless code entry, not having to mess with keys was a huge plus! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

Short walk to the beach and great value

We stayed 4 nights at this unit with small children (3&6) and had a wonderful time. The complex had multiple swimming pools and the largest one had a very large shallow end (1.5ft) where our 3 year old could enjoy some fun in the pool. A few hundred yards of walking and you are at the boardwalk. No roads or streets to cross. We loved having access to a giant bin of beach toys in the unit and we took a pop-up tent to the beach each day. We usually didn’t end up making it to the beach until 10am or so and not once did we have any issues with finding a spot to set up. The sand is super soft and the kids enjoyed chasing after the crabs on the beach after the sun went down. The views and pics are accurate of the unit and you have a direct line of sight to the gulf. You are able to see the waves breaking and parasailers going by with ease from the balcony and even into the kitchen. With small kids you have some down time each day, or at least mine do. The cable TVs in the unit have a very decent selection and provided some relief for that. WiFi in the unit was good and we had no issues with speed or connecting. If you use the community grill on the gulf side of this building around let’s say...6:00pm, bring an umbrella and a poncho. The lawn sprinklers surrounding the grill came on during this time and made for some juicy burgers. Overall, this was a great unit and value and we would stay again. The owner provided all the necessary information in advance and we never had any issues during the stay that would have required his assistance.

Cozy and comfortable condo

Our group enjoyed the views, the two bathrooms, and the ability to cook meals. There is a closet with lots of beach toys and chairs and floats that make it super convenient. Lovely complex with excellent amenities. Very family friendly and a great place for a quiet escape.

Awesome

My family and I loved this place. Pictures are exactly right. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner is amazing. He immediately called back when I had questions and was super nice. The view was awesome from the balcony. It was exactly as shown in pictures. The beach was great and not very crowed. I will be staying here again. We loved it!

Pretty area!

Loved that it was far enough away from the Gulf Shores crowd, but close enough that we could go get dinner easily. Beach was beautiful. Unit had everything we needed. Thanks so much!
