Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located east Austin bungalow. This newly renovated and professionally decorated 3BR/2BA bungalow is a 15-minute walk to Rainey Street or East 6th Street. Relax with the Xbox or kick back on the furnished deck beneath tall trees. The downtown convention center and other important SXSW festival sites are also nearby.
Enjoy the outdoors, as you’re also super close to Lady Bird Lake, where you can hike, bike, and rent a kayak, paddleboard, or canoe.
LIVING AREA
Two show-stopping chandeliers illuminate the open-concept living room -- the social heart of the home. A stylish sofa and collection of armchairs surround the 46” TV. The Sonos speaker is perfect for vacation playlists.
The space is complete with a convenient workspace, configured with a laptop-friendly desk that is ideal for working from home or online schooling.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen boasts elegant details including floor-to-ceiling subway tile and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, gas range, and a French-door fridge.
Serve home-cooked meals at the six-seat dining room table.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom is detailed with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and French doors to the backyard for fresh air. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The sunlit guest bedroom features a beautifully appointed queen bed and a chic zebra-pattern rug. A third bedroom has a queen bed, charming butterfly wall decor, area rugs, and a vintage dresser.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in double-headed shower with gorgeous tiling.

The spacious front porch includes a swing and ceiling fan. Sip drinks on the back deck, completely furnished with lounge seating, heat lamps, and a gas grill.

We recommend the gourmet fare at Launderette (15 minute's walk) and coffee at Cenote, a neighborhood favorite (7-minute walk). Other restaurants to note include Bufalina, Stay Gold, Weather Up, and La Barbecue.
When you want to enjoy the outdoors, you’re also close to Lady Bird Lake, where you can hike, bike, and rent a kayak, paddleboard, or canoe.
