Beautiful home on the golf course! Totally updated with beautiful finishes, an office space with wireless internet, a printer, living room has a smart tv, a breakfast nook, dining area complete with front and back patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and sunsets at night. Lemon and Orange trees right off the back patio right on the Palmbrook golf course! Home is beautifully appointed with 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would ever need in a kitchen. This home is in a 55+ community so one guest needs to be at least 55 years of age. Sun City has several golf courses and rec centers so there are many activities for your party! Perfect for a girls weekend, a guys golf weekend and for quiet family time!

Retro Vibe

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family. We cooked for the family and had them over for a couple of meals. The house was perfect and quite comfortable. It has a retro vibe to it and we both enjoyed that. It was well stocked and very clean We would definitely make a return visit.

Palm on Caneo

From the moment we booked our trip till now that we are packing up to leave our stay here has been perfect. Floor plan of home decor in home and location couldn't be any better. The bonus to us were the lovely neighbors on both sides. They kept us in supply of delicious oranges and grapefruit. Look forward to a return visit!

Two weeks for work and ideal

Stayed at The Palm on Cameo for two weeks during a business trip. My wife came along for the first week. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a back patio overlooking the golf course. Joe and his wife were extremely nice. Highly recommend

Great golf and site seeing location

My wife and me really enjoyed our at your Palm on Cameo town house. Its a great place to stay for a golf vacation and or touring the desert sites. We went on day trips, drove the Apache Trail down the one lane road to fish creek and back, drove to Quartzsite (do not need to visit there again), visited Saguaro National Park West, Plus a fun day of golf. Also spent time in the Sedona and Flagstaff area. The town house is setup nice and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and watched the golfers play mid-way down hole 1 on the Palmbrook Golf Course. We meet the neighbours on each side the town house and had nice conversations with both, they were very helpful with questions about the area. We plan on coming back to this area next winter and would use this location again if we find available dates for our next trip. I give this location the highest rating, the hosts have the location very clean and decorated very nicely.

Perfect spot

It's advertised just as it is. Welcoming! Easy to communicate with host. Quick to response. Easy to enter property. Easy to map to location. A great location, quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. Fun to sit on the patio with morning coffee and watch the golfers. Will be staying here again.

Fresh, Clean, Comfy & Convenient

We were in town for a memorial service and could not have found a more beautiful, clean and well-appointed property. The owners thought of everything—cozy blankets, board games, spices and staples in the kitchen! Great communication with owners!
