Nestled in a serene neighborhood overlooking the picturesque Redondo Beach, our newly renovated home offers a tranquil escape just 15 minutes away from the airport and a short drive from the vibrant heart of downtown Seattle.

We're delighted to welcome you to our newly renovated home in Redondo WA. • please note we do have an outdoor fire pit, but it's not in use at the moment and we do not provide a propane tank.

Beautiful house

The house was big enough for me & my family, was a little disappointed that we didn’t get to use the fireplace due to the propane tank going out. Was close to stores & food places. Easy access to the freeway. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, plenty of space, lots of parking, nice outdoor space.

Beds were comfortable and the bedding was super soft. Super convenient that there were 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed the expansive outdoor space even though there still wasn’t propane for the fire pit. Appliances could use some attention as far as cleaning, needs some hand towels (only bath towels and one wash cloth per bathroom provided), no rugs in home including no shower mat to step onto after showering, no blinds on the back slider door and kitchen window so rear neighbors can look straight into home, also no screen on slider door which would’ve been nice since it was so hot and no air conditioning. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one kitchen trash bag was provided for a stay of 4 nights, stressed us out so we contacted host and they did bring us more. Host was responsive but a few more details provided in listing and a few more amenities at home would alleviate the need to request information or additional supplies. Close enough to light rail and they’re building a new station so would likely stay here again but maybe not in the summer.

Nice house in a decent area, but lacking in basics

The house was rehabbed and clean, but is very scarcely stocked. There is not one dish towel in the house and the bathrooms had mostly empty rolls with no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There were only 6 towels in the bathroom with 7 of us on the reservation. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper within one night, because they started with so little. When contacting the manager about more toilet paper, she directed us to a closet that had one roll in it. Because multiple bathrooms were out, it wasn’t enough. When contacted again, she directed me to another roll, hidden in the back of the top shelf in an obscure spot in the house. No mixing bowls, no rugs or bath mats anywhere in the house. No cooking trays for the oven, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag. Overall the house feels very very sparsely stocked and it doesn’t seem that the owner cares to stock it. I even offered to buy more toilet paper to the house and was told no. If the owner would stock the house similar to other vacation rentals, I think stays would be much more comfortable and it could be a 5 star stay. Unfortunately, we had to go to the store daily to get items missing from the house and eventually stocked it with some basics so the next person would not have to do that on their vacation.
