Great location, spacious apartment

Great location near the strip and other sites in Vegas. Lots of space for 4 adults, we had a great trip!

Overall good stay

The property was clean and a great location to get UNLV for a conference we were attending. Great amenities in the apartment and on the ground. This would have been a 5 star, however it was difficult to get to sleep. Every night there were several appointments that had music thumping til 4 am, there was a fight in the parking lot, and on several occasions the police were on site for domestic issues.

NFR Vacation 2024

The location was perfect for all of our NFR Experience. The Convention center, Fremont st Horseshoe, Rio. The vacation rental was clean with plenty of supplies for us. Love having the balcony Quiet at times unless you wrnt outside for a minute. Lots of eatery near by

Ok stay

The set up was great two bedrooms and an air bed for our family of 5. The apartment itself seemed clean enough but the entire building smelled of broccoli and cigarette smoke. I know this is not to the fault of the owner but every morning we woke to the smell of cigarettes especially in the kitchen it was incredibly unappetizing. There is a lot of unnecessary items cluttered through out the apartment and the remote to the Blu-ray player was no where to be found making the large dvd collection pointless. The WiFi was out so the Roku was also not an option. The host was nice enough to apologize for the lack of WiFi. Key pick up and drop off was easy enough. The stay was nice enough but due to the gross smell of the building we wouldn’t stay again.
