The main house features a a fully-equipped Chef's kitchen, and the outdoor area offers both a gas and charcoal grill. Enjoy breakfast on the patio, movie night by the fireplace, or shoot some pool with friends at this thoughtfully designed Hill Country homestead. Two King bedrooms with full bathrooms in each cabin (plus an additional powder room in the main house) provide the perfect amount of space for traveling couples or friends. Located just minutes from Downtown Fredericksburg and all it has to offer, Birdsong is replete with convenience and charm!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Nice cabin

The pictures looked gorgeous but it was even better in person. The place was clean and plenty of bathrooms Whenever I asked about early check in they said they would let me know if they got done early and sure enough the day of it was ready early afternoon Just wish we could’ve enjoyed outside more but it was cold. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful House & Stay

What a great house! We stayed thanksgiving weekend and it was the best. Check in was easy and quick, even as it was thanksgiving day. Location is good as well being only 10-15 mins from downtown and close to many of the wineries. The house is exactly as advertised and worked great for our group of 8. The parents stayed in main house while the adult kids were in smaller house. Both houses are furnished great and the outdoor areas are clean and fun. Enjoyed the deer stopping by each morning. Check-out was just as easy and huge shoutout to company for mailing back my boots I left in bedroom!!! If we had to find something to improve, which was very hard it would be a couple things. The ceiling fan in master bedroom needs to be replaced as it is wobbly and noisy. Only other was the main fireplace in house doesn’t work and would have been nice to have, but outdoor & other house fireplaces made up for that small thing. Oh, and a help sheet for how to use TV, dang this was a lot smarter than us lol. Again, it is a perfect house for family/friends and we definitely will be back!!!!

Girl's trip

Enjoyed our stay at Birdsong Haus. The house and cabin looked exactly like the pictures show. Very easy checkin and was able to enter the place early. The place is close to the city but far enough out you feel out in the country. Had a couple of issues but maintenance crew came out the next day and resolved them. Highly recommend this place.
