Apex FAMILY Retreat - Apex Mountain Resort nära Penticton, BC

Sommaren ligger precis runt hörnet! Vi är öppna för långsiktiga hyresgäster mellan månaderna maj och september 2019.

Denna vackra FAMILY skidbacka hemifrån hemifrån, som ligger på Apex Mountain Resort, är idealisk för en FAMILY reträtt. Denna skidbacka skidstuga har en privat uteplats varm bad, mysig gas spis, golvvärme uppvärmning, stå upp tvättmaskin och torktumlare, två badrum, och sover upp till 10 gäster bekvämt (åtta vuxna maximalt) i tre rymliga och privata sovrum och två på övervåningen loft. Fastigheten erbjuder både ett lek och sträckningsområde (med många brädspel); och en "kråka-bo" eller loft för dem som gillar tanken på forter! Skidstugan har också en vacker öppen konceptdesign med välvda tak och kommer med Internet, Netflix, DVD och en stor platt-TV. Båda queen size-sängarna har helt nya madrasser och sängkläder. Inga husdjur och ingen rökning tillåten var som helst på fastigheten. Det finns en åtta maximal regel för vuxna gäst för att motverka överdriven festa och för att uppmuntra mer familjetid på vårt komplex. Skid- och snöskor finns tillgängliga direkt utanför dörren. Badtunna är i drift 1 oktober - 1 april.

Comfortable and well-equipped

Excellent location, true ski-in/out location. Well stocked unit, feels like the unit is actually used and has all of the needed items for a comfortable stay. Lots of room for a group to spread out, plenty of bedding/linens, crafts and games and movies available for down time, and great balcony with hot tub. Appreciated the ease of garbage/recycling disposal, clear and simple check-in/out processes, and great communication with the host. Will absolutely book again if we return to Apex!

Family stay for one week from The Netherlands

Fantastic place!

We loved it! Clean, spacious, great layout...everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Hot tub was great, nice fireplace, easy ski-in and ski-out...we would definitely stay again. Laura was friendly and great to work with, and she even helped us find our sons lost Air Pods after we had checked out. We all had a great time, and can't wait for our next Apex visit!

Inviting and cozy

This house was the perfect size for our two families--8 adults and 1 teenage. We all had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The house is very clean and well maintained. Everyone enjoyed the cozy living room for visiting and viewing TV and movies. The kitchen was great and met all of the cooking needs for our group. We also found the dining room to be perfect for meals and evening games. The area was fantastic for trails👣 and hanging out. Hot tub was great. Everyone in our two families loved the nice nature of Nickle Plate Lake ! . This house is in a great location and very close to the penticton and the town. We hope to go back again. Thank you Laura

This property is great

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space for 2 families. The kids loved the loft - their secret hide-away. The location is great for ski in and ski out. Hot tub was perfect to have after our ski day.

Awesome family weekend at Apex!!!

Just got back yesterday from 3 nights at this condo at Apex. It was fantastic for our 3 families. Most of us are skiers and we loved the mountain! I had never before skied powder and got to ski lots of it on Sunday with all the fresh snow. The non-skiers went skating and snowshoeing and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching movies (there were tons of DVDs in the condo). I almost booked a cabin instead of this condo but I'm so glad I didn't because of the ski in/ski out location accessible via Grandfather's Run. It was so convenient and eliminated the need to load/unload gear from the car! All of us want to go back next year and I'll be contacting the owner to book again! Thanks so much, Laura, for an amazing time at Apex!

Great Cabin for Family Getaway!

When we arrived the cabin was spacious, comfortable and very clean and well kept. Our family had a blast skiing all weekend and the cabin made it feel like home.

Perfect for families

This property was wonderful for us and our four kids- lots of room - beautiful well stocked kitchen. The DVDs and board games were a hit. Ski in/ski out was perfect - we could come back for lunch or a break very easily. We only used the hot tub on the first night- when it was dark. When it was daylight we realized it was quite dirty and slimey. I contacted Laura and she immediately walked me through the steps to resolve the issue. Laura also offered to drive one hour to fix the issue- which I declined, in the hopes that the steps I had taken would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the hot tub remained what I would consider to be unuseable and I didn’t allow the kids to use it again. That was a bummer- a hot tub in a ski chalet is kind of the point! Laura did refund $100 to me for the inconvenience.

Excellent

Thank you so much for such a great accomadation! Very comfortable for our big group of 10! Well stocked, great ski in/out ! The added touches were excellent... All the condiments etc. nice lotions and soaps! Our kids loved all the movies and Netflix, and the hottub was such a bonus after a great day of skiing! Would definitely rent again!

Great Spot

We had a great time at Apex. The condo was well set up and ready for our arrival, all amenities ready for us and was a great spot to chill and relax after a long day on the slopes. Very close to village with ski in/out trail just steps from the front door. Would definitely use this rental property again!
