• Parking: 1 numbered covered parking space + 1 open guest parking (first come first served)

• Notes:
• Guests have access to a seasonal heated pool, a small gym, and an inside recreation room on-site, shared with other guests and residents. The swimming pool is available daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm
• A public tennis/pickleball courts and children's playground are available nearby
• The living room has a smart TV and has Spectrum cable service connected. The other 2 TVs only have the Spectrum service
