Very relaxing

This Property has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing getaway from the sauna to the theatre room and most importantly the outdoor jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again.

Agree with previous review, nice but needs attention

The property is situated on a lovely wooded lot on a quiet street, and it’s conveniently close to many amenities. Extensive renovations have clearly been made, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. However, the property hasn't been well-maintained, and there are numerous minor issues that need attention. For the price we paid, these should have been addressed. This place has great potential to be a top-tier VRBO rental, but the lack of attention to detail is holding it back.

Quiet Getaway

I initially booked for two days and quickly communicated with the owners that we would love an additional day and a late check out. It was nice to be able to have our friends come over for dinner and stay the night. I usually do a walk through for any issues so I can communicate that with the owners. They were very responsive. If I have to offer any advice, it would be to have a welcome binder explaining things such as; how the Suana worked and information on locations to find Duraflame logs for the suana and fireplace and propane tanks for the BBQ. It took a day to figure it out but we figured it out. The place could use more appliances such as a blender and air fryer. Not sure who is responsible for the batteries of the remotes but it seemed most of them didn’t work or were not available for certain rooms. We took full advantage of the popcorn machine in the theater and had a great movie night. Just a note regarding the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. When filling the tub, the water pressure cut off in the bathroom in the same floor and the other sinks were very low. The pressure quickly returned after about 7 minutes or so.. if I had to rate from 1-10, I would give the place a 9 since most of the small things were just a blip compared to the amazing time we had and the communication with the owners were wonderful.

Nice but needs attention

We rented this house because it looked like great space for our family and lots of amenities. The house was very clean upon arrival, beds were comfortable, and the outside space—comfortable furniture, grill, outside gas fireplace, hot tub—were all very nice. However, the house needs attention. We felt that there were several things that, had someone gone through the property to conduct basic maintenance,they would have noticed them and taken care of it. The manager offered to fix 2 things but they weren’t urgent to us. It would be very helpful for the house to have a manual that contains all the house details—how to operate the sauna, for example. We did provide a list of several items that needed attention and, hopefully, management will go through the house and take care of them. .
