Peaceful 160 sqm apartment in a Villa (upper level apartment) in Cannes living just minutes away from the heart of the city center. Located within a gated private residential park in the exclusive Cannes section of La Californie. Only a 5 minute drive to the Croisette and all major hotels and beach or 20 mins walk for fine dining, shopping, beach and casino nightlife.
This Cannes Apartment in villa with private swimming pool is a lovely 3 bedrooms apartment (with air conditioning) that is roomy and bright. The elegant entrance hall welcomes you as you enter this spacious beautiful, airy home. The spacious, charming and modern living room welcome you to relax on the comfortable furniture, maybe by watching satellite TV or listening to your favorite music on the CD player that is provided.
As you walk through the archway you will enter the dining room furnished with a superb marble table for ten people. Arched paned glass doors with wrought iron open onto the terrace (overlooking the pool) from both of these rooms. The fully equipped kitchen that is attractively furnished with marble countertops, stove, oven, American refrigerator, washing machine and all crockery and pots and pans for preparation of full meals.
The sizeable romantic master suite features a California King Size bed with beautiful en suite marble bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to make a Queen bed if you wish.
The large private swimming pool is for your exclusive use only (Not shared with anyone else) and includes sunning beds and patio furniture for your relaxation by the inviting pool. Palm and olive trees form a perimeter around the garden and sunny pool area.
This beautiful apartment make it a very peaceful and welcoming home base while visiting the south of France or when working in Cannes during a festival.
Important Note: This is not a whole Villa to rent, but only the 3 bedrooms apartment on first floor. On ground floor, the host alone is there. The host is very discreet and will respect your privacy. The swimming pool is for your only use and it is not to share with anyone. NO PARTY/ NO EVENT.

Cannes, the 'Jewel' in the crown of the 'Côte d'Azur' since the dawn of time, focal point for festivals throughout the world and a cultural melting pot. The city is very well located to choose as a destination for a vacation apartment rental in Cannes in order to discover the french riviera. You could not dream of a place more like paradise than Cannes. A town whose eclectic scenery has amazed even the most powerful. The Romans chose it as a place in which to settle. Also, the English chancellor, Lord Brougham, Napoleon and Cocteau and many others have all fallen in love with this vibrant, colorful town and its peaceful way of life.
The closest thing to an 'old town' is 'Le Suquet' overlooking the west end of the port. The 12th-century Tour de Mt. Chevalier, ramparts and 12th-16th-century church Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance give a touch of medieval flavor to the city. Le Suquet area has narrow streets climbing up and around the hill, with a fine view from the top. Standing on the ancient rampart wall in front of the church, you can see east across the city, the port and the bay to the Cap de la Croisette, and to the west across the Gulf of La Napoule to the Massif de l'Estérel mountains.
