We are proud to present this stylish Two bedroom apartment located in the beautifully landscaped community of Port De La Mer. Downtown Dubai is a short car ride away, or travel a bit further to explore the Dubai Marina and JBR beach.

This stunning two bedroom apartment features an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is a neat dining table to seat four. The living area has a comfortable sofa, two lounge chairs and smart TV leading onto a furnished patio from which to admire the views. There is also a separate laundry room.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single-sized beds to accommodate a maximum of two guests and a separate shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.

The apartment offers high speed free WIFI throughout with average speeds of 250mbps, air conditioning and household amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
