The Space:
Our home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a private office that includes a cozy sitting area perfect for work or relaxation. In the first bedroom, you'll find a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin bed with pull-out twin trundle bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a desk, making it versatile and accommodating for families or groups. The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, fully updated with modern appliances and stylish finishes, seamlessly connected to a large and inviting living room that opens up to an expansive dining area. For moments of relaxation, the sunroom provides a spacious and tranquil retreat.

Step outside to enjoy the front porch, which is furnished with comfy outdoor furniture for lounging, or gather for al fresco meals in the outdoor dining area. There's also space for cornhole and other games, perfect for enjoying time with family and friends. We have plenty of on street parking, but two dedicated off-street spaces as well along with an EV charger. There is also a barrel sauna available for you to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
We love the beautiful historic neighborhood, mature trees, and walk to the most beautiful square in Texas all the time. There plenty of shops, restaurants, trails, and parks as well...all within walking distance. Lake Georgetown is about 10 minutes away, there's also grocery stores, outlet malls, golf courses, and rec center just a short drive from here.

Getting Around:
Car is necessary to get to property, but some people take UBER/Lyft as well. We also have an EV charger.
