Welcome to the "SPOONFUL of SUNSHINE" at the beautiful Windsor Hills Resort! Enjoy our newly redesigned 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium, on the first floor closest to the beautiful lagoon-style pool and the huge Water Park!

Our home is completely furnished with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable for your entire family. Limit of 8 guests in unit. King bed in master; Queen bed in second bedroom; and 3 bunks in bunk room plus a Chair in the bunk room that folds out into a twin bed and a rollaway twin in Master closet complete with bedding.
The kitchen is fully furnished with stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes , silverware, a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room and each of the three bedrooms have with their own TV so everyone can gather for a movie or retreat on their own. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third room containing bunks. Linens and towels are provided. A high chair and stroller are available at no additional cost.

All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge including access to Windsor Hills Water park featuring dueling water slides, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, a picnic area, game room, high definition surround sound movie theater with 800 + titles, cyber café, and market place & grill.

Good: Very clean. Very responsive messaging. Bad: The security guards are way over zealous and the rules were quite strict. I could not even swim in the pool without loud speakers telling you what you could or couldn't do. Checking in was a bit messy. I have traveled to around 20 countries and never had an issue with any type of hotel or resort not being able to check in using my name and id.The lights at night were very dim. Couldn't get coffee because of fear that someone might be allergic, yet there were 2 coffee machines ? Just bizarre. It wasn't bad by any means, but I have no interest in ever going back due to the strange restrictions.

Great Place to Stay!

The property was exactly as listed. Had lots of extras we used such as beach towels and a stroller. Close proximity to Disney and SeaWorld. The property grounds were amazing as well. Heated pool was a huge plus for our kids. This condo is located directly next to the pool which was a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again!

Orlando Theme Park Trip

My family of five had a wonderful stay at this property. It is conveniently located to both Walt Disney World and SeaWorld. The drive to the Walt Disney World parks was particularly convenient; it did not take longer than 15 minutes to arrive at any of the four parks. The condo had plenty of room for our family. The bunk beds were great for our children (ages 7, 7 and 2). The first floor location was also a plus especially since there was plenty of parking right outside the door. The pool area is a short walk from the unit. The check in and check our process was easy. The interior of the unit is thoughtfully decorated and family friendly. We did not have any issues with the unit or the complex during our stay. I highly recommend this unit due to its value, comfort, and convenience.

Great value

Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Almost too clean as we had a strong cleaning scent when we checked in..maybe too much Fabuloso before we got there. It did dissipate overnight and the host was very responsive.

Very clean and close to everything!

The only negative was the hearing the people directly above us. The footsteps, the sliding of chairs across the floor, their voices, etc. That's what happens when your on the first floor. Nothing the owner can control. Very nicely decorated!

Great Location close to Disney

We had a great stay. Easy check-in, close proximity to Disney World, close to Walmart and other shopping/dining, and the rental was nice and close to the pool. The rental was clean, a great size for a group of 7. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for hosting us!

Comfy, convenient and practical!

The condo was decorated nicely just as seen in the pictures. The black out curtains were great. The kids loved the Toy Story decor, bunk beds and the toys available for play. The pool and water park are only about 100 feet away from the door! The Disney parks were all close and there were multiple restaurants and a Walmart within a mile. Overall great condo and location. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay

We stayed a Spoonful of Sunshine in June 2023 for a family trip to Disneyworld. This was our first time staying off of Disney property and we had an amazing time. The location of the unit is only a short drive from each of the parks and made for easy drives each day. It was so close, that we actually took breaks mid-day to head back to the unit for lunch and a dip in the pool and then would head back to the parks in the afternoon/evening. The unit had everything in it that we needed and it was extremely clean and inviting. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the toys that were in the unit. Additionally, the pool and waterslides were a HUGE hit with the kids. We spent many hours playing at the pool and using the waterslides when we were not at the parks.

Excellent location. Close to the theme parks and really appreciated the very short walk to the pool and waterslides. Excellent communication from the property manager. Very close to everything you need - groceries, restaurants and souvenir shops.

Great Stay

This is a great little place to stay on vacation with your family. It was well stocked with the necessities, clean, and the beds were comfortable. If we come back to Orlando we would stay here again.

Perfect!!!

Spoonful of Sunshine was perfect for our Disney vacation. The condo is well maintained, extremely clean, and decorated perfectly with a few Disney themed touches. The accomodations were also wonderful. It's the little things that made a big difference such as the kid friendly dishes and cups, the double stroller in the closet, and all the extra beach towels and linens. Communication was great prior to...and everything was perfect so we did not need to contact the host at all during our stay! Definitely recommend! :)

Definitely Recommend!!

Perfect, comfortable condo for 4 people. Condo is decorated nicely with vibrant pops of color. Everything was clean, master shower could use a grout scrub down but wasnt horrible. Otherwise has everything that makes you feel at home. Enjoyed our stay and was very reasonably priced. The resort has a wonderful pool, arcade room and workout room that is right behind condo building.

Perfect stay in Orlando

Everything about this property is perfect for a young family staying close to the theme parks. Host exceptionally responsive and helpful and the facilities inside the property are excellent and the pool and slides ideal for kids. Would highly recommend!!

Great place for off site disney stay

We enjoyed our stay here while in town for Disney. Rental is well stocked, clean, and as advertised. 1 min walk to slides, pool and clubhouse. The stroller included with rental was worth its weight in gold for the days spent at Disney. I would recommend this rental if your planning to stay in the area.

Fantastic for disney vacay

Property was amazing for our disney vacation. It was so close to property that we were home each night in 20 minutes. The only downside to the condo was that one of the bunk bed ladders was loose and I was not comfortable letting my kid climb up and down it.

Good Place for Offsite Disney

Overall we had a good stay. Unfortunately hurricane Ian cut the stay short and even though it was a massive hurricane and there wasn't an evacuation order in place we lost out on half of our trip and our money. I read the what to bring and what is already there. Said there was plenty of pool towels but there was only 4 for the 6 of us. I would have brought my own had the listing not said there was plenty. I emailed the owner and they had some delivered the next day - which is great but did no good for the current day. The list also said there would be laundry detergent. Again, would have brought my own but I went off of the listing. Got all the laundry in after a long day of Disney, and no laundry detergent. Had to email the owner again to see if maybe it was somewhere I wasn't looking. Some was brought over the next day. Which is great - but I hate having to email for several different items that claimed were already going to be there. There was also heavy black mold on almost all of the ceiling vents. I just kept worrying that the mold was going to make one of us sick when the air conditioning kicks on. Overall - it was fine. I am not picky typically - but when it says things are going to be there I trust that and it's annoying when you're on vacation to have to email the property owner for things.
