Wilmington is a suburb of Boston, with direct commuter access to downtown Boston and Logan Airport. The actual area is very residential and quiet. We are very close to many restaurants and shopping.

Guests will have access to the entire home including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sun room, living room, basement laundry room, family amenities, fenced-in yard with grill and fire pit, and driveway. The garage and backyard shed are locked and off limits.

Welcome to our cozy home in Wilmington! Wilmington is a suburb of Boston. We are located 16 miles from Boston, but are in a quiet neighborhood.
*Because of being in a quite neighborhood under no circumstances do we allow events or parties at our property. We only allow the guests that booked onto the premises, not to exceed 6 people. If this rule is not followed, a fine of $1000 may be assessed.

We have two dedicated work spaces and the quiet neighborhood and fast, reliable internet service provides the perfect environment for professionals working nearby.

Our home is perfect for families and friends traveling to visit Boston, but who want to be a bit removed from the city. We are within 10 minutes from the Woburn Commuter Rail and the Woburn Logan express with direct access to Boston and Logan Airport. Both of these stations provide continuous, direct access and make it easy to visit many of Boston's wonderful locations such as the aquarium, science museum, or Fenway! For the working professional looking for a comfortable, work friendly spot while working at Commerce Way, we provide two dedicated work spaces and incredibly fast, reliable internet. For those traveling to Boston for surgeries or medical treatments, we provide a comfortable stay as our home is only 30 minutes from Boston’s major hospitals and only 35 minutes from Salem via I-95.

Our home is within 30 minutes of several beaches, including Silver Lake town beach, Micozzi Beach at Nutting Lake, and Breakheart Beach. We also provide beach towels and a beach blanket. Our home is also with an hour of a few ski resorts, providing both downhill and cross country opportunities. These include Nashoba Valley Ski Area, Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, and Leo J. Martin Ski Track. And of course, we're just a few minutes from downtown Wilmington, which offers several restaurants, breweries, and shopping experiences.
