The Space:
Located in the iconic Grand Beach Resort, guests will be just a few short steps to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf, where you can spend endless days taking in the fresh breeze and basking in the plentiful sun. If sand isn’t really your thing, you'll still be able enjoy water-themed activities at the resort’s outdoor pool and hot tub combination, perfect for both hot days and cool evenings. Prefer to sprinkle in more activities to your daily schedule? You’ll be within walking distance of the expansive Gulf State Park and the Gulf State Fishing Pier where you can cast out a line with the hope of catching the evening’s dinner. Plentiful options for both dining and shopping are within easy reach of the home whether you set out by car, bike, or by foot. Under 5 minutes up the road is the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, recently winning first place in the USA Readers’ Choice Awards for its 28-mile stretch throughout 6 distinct ecosystems in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Recreational opportunities along the trail include biking, hiking, wildlife watching, playgrounds, fishing, camping, and more. You don’t want to miss this truly one-of-a-kind destination!

Inside the home, comfortable spaces welcome you in for needed relief from the heat or as you wind down your exciting days venturing out and about. Kick up your feet in the living room with leather sofa and armchair seating along with a TV and DVD player ready to host a family movie night. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Take your meals or your morning coffee at the high-top café table with seating for 2 or posted up at the kitchen counter with seating for 4. A sliding door can separate the kitchen and living area from the bunk and bedroom to ensure maximum privacy and much-needed peace and quiet. Located right next to the pool, you’ll be able to enjoy the shade under the balcony while watching the kids play nearby, all the while keeping those scenic ocean views front and center.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a sleeper sofa for 2 in the living room, and a hallway nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a spacious queen size bed and a TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
