Everything was meticoulsy thought through in this custom home. From the scent of an Aera Aroma diffuser on entry, to a black maple dining table, Crate & Barrel dinnerware & drinkware, to the #1 rated mattress and Frontgate towels. Outside enjoy 2 large decks, a new Fuego grill, and custom fire pit. Level 2 Electric car charger available for guest use. The Laurel screams privacy and seclusion for the ultimate city escape.

We cover the Association general fee, however the association will charge you to obtain an amenity pass. For anyone age 7 and above the pass is $8-$10/day/person.
HOUSE RULES
Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.
Please note guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking.
Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.
Per HOA rules, Maximum of 6 guests total, regardless of age.
Single level home.
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
