Quiet, decorated and cozy place!
Excellent apartment, with sea view, equipped with 2 suites and 1 single bedroom, both air-conditioned, finely decorated living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your best stay, excellent gourmet area on the terrace with barbecue, minibar and beautiful view.
It has a great location, right on the sand, in Itacimirim, in the Quinta das Lagoas Praia Condominium, with a seafront pool and gym, garden, and outdoor furniture.
We take care of the apartment with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
