Beautiful, clean, spacious mini suite studio perfect for two guests. This suite is perfectly decorated with a green color scheme and personalized touches to make you feel right at home.

This suite features a full kitchen, private terrace with an ocean view, dining area, bathroom, and full size 10" memory foam mattress. We are located close to Papas & Beer, Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, and a few minutes away from the ocean!

Our suites are designed to provide comfort and privacy for our guests. Our onsite staff is available 24/7 as are we through direct messaging or the booking platform so that guests may address any requests or questions during their stay.


When entering the community, please drive slowly as there are a few dips and bumps to ensure the safety of the neighborhood.

The street where we are situated is a dirt road, like many others in Rosarito. We recommend arriving during daylight hours as the dimly lit paths can be somewhat intimidating.
Our hotel is located adjacent to a school in a neighborhood surrounded by small businesses and homes.

If you are traveling with service animals, please be aware that there is a possibility of unleashed dogs in our area belonging to our neighbors. These dogs may bark or howl at night. We provide complimentary earplugs for our guests' convenience.

Our hotel is not open to the general public; everyone on the premises is either a guest or our on-site staff members who are there to assist you during your stay.

To enhance the safety and security of our guests and their vehicles, our suites are enclosed by a golden gate. Additionally, we have surveillance cameras placed outside our suites, focused on areas such as the parking lot, the fourth-floor terrace, the hallways, and the park.

The closest store to us is the 7-Eleven located on the main street, just about a 2-minute drive away.

We provide a car service for our guests for an additional fee. It is available 24/7 for when our guests may need it.

Our suites also provide a food delivery service, subject to availability.

For the safety and security of our guests, we have security cameras installed in common areas outside the suites. These cameras monitor the parking spaces, park area, front street, fourth floor, and hallways.

Check in:

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive check-in instructions that include a code that can also be accessed on the platform. This code allows you to enter the suites without the need to check in with anyone, just like being at home.
To lock the suites when leaving, simply close the door completely and press the '#' button for three seconds. This ensures a safe and secure environment during your stay.



On Benito Juarez Boulevard (land mark is 7-Eleven) turn left onto Lienzo Charro.
Continue straight, driving over the bridge, to the next intersection and turn left.
After passing the "Holcim Fuerte Concretos/Planta de Concreto Rosarito", there will be a small street right after with Las Mariposas Mini Suites sign and an opened small gate. Turn left onto that street.
Slowly drive all the way to the end of the street.
