KITCHEN/DINING: The fully equipped kitchen boasts a wide engineered counter top island with seating and a sink. A gas cook top, wall oven/microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, and other cooking and dining essentials. A walk through pantry offers a coffee bar and toaster with lots of storage. Dining room has seating for up to 6 people. A half bathroom is also located on main level of the home for convenience.

LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: Comfortable queen-sized bed. Ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks, stand alone shower, and separate toilet room. Walk-in closet for storage.

BEDROOMS: Comfortable queen-sized beds with bedside lamps. Both bedrooms have a closet for clothing storage.

BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Full bathroom with Jack & Jill sinks that can close off to the bath/shower and toilet area. Fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more.

WASHER/DRYER: Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the bedroom level of the home and are free to use during your stay. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services.

FAMILY ROOM: The second living room is located on the second floor of the home, (Bedroom level). Another smart television also providing access to streaming services. Your designated workspace is also located in this room.

PARKING/GARAGE: There is a free driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Free street parking is also available. There is a 3 car garage available for those winter days that are fast approaching.

BACK YARD: Fully fenced and well maintained. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or gather out doors at the seating area on the paved stoned patio.

4 Mile Corner is only a 2 minute drive with lots of small shops, restaurants, and things to do like parkour.

Other Things to Note:
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door.

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, no pets allowed.
