Our beautiful Villa can comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The Villa boasts 3 good size bedrooms: all equipped with Queen sized beds. One bedroom has a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a shower and sink; toilet for these two is located outside the bedrooms.

The living room's windows open up to the beautiful terrace, with an inviting lounging area and dining table, overlooking the private inground pool and yard.

Additionally, our property includes a charming adjacent bungalow. The bungalow features a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with two queen-size beds and a balcony.

The guests have access to the whole villa and backyard without restrictions.

We remain available for our guests around the clock, via the AirBnB messaging platform or personal contact, to ensure they enjoy a worry-free 5-star experience.

NOTE1: Additional guest fee : 15USD / guest per night (over 6 guests) . Calculated by the platform.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing.

A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE3: For stays shorter than 14 nights, a refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest's credit card on the day of arrival. For stays over 14 nights, a 500USD cash deposit is required upon checking in.

NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h.

A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.
