Style and comfort all in one, the East Nashville Getaway welcomes you to explore Nashville! With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this townhome is perfect for a couples escape. Check out the numerous local restaurants and bars, just a short walk away. Downtown Nashville is about a 5 min car ride away. Music Row is about 15 mins away, where you can find the heart of Nashville's entertainment industry.

The Space:
The chic city-farmhouse-styled living room is furnished with comfortable gray couches and a flat-screen Smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, or Disney specials. The sofa converts as a sofa sleeper for 2. The industrial-inspired dining table offers seating for 4. The kitchen is perfect for cooking homemade meals, especially a hearty breakfast before hitting the town! There is a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric stovetop, and more for you to feel right at home.

The 2 bedrooms can be found upstairs; each bedroom has a Queen bed and a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom for both bedrooms. Downstairs, you can find a half bathroom.

There is a washer and dryer available for guests to use, perfect for more extended stays! This home comes with one assigned parking spot.

Great property, very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and checked in with us a few times throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!

Clean, spacious townhouse with all the essentials. It was the perfect place to stay for our family’s trip to Nashville for a wedding. Walking distance to East Nashville restaurants and just a short ride to Broadway. Would stay here again.

Family road trip

Really good location close to restaurants in East Nashville and only 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Comfortable home with a good kitchen.

Impressive, Comforts of home

Very well equipped. We were very impressed with the the provision of Guest Baskets of needs for the kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry. All linen & towels provided. Very comfortable beds. Only had a problem with the wi-fi which was being addressed as we left. Kitchen needs new frying pans. All good. And look on entrance chalk board for Wi-fi password

In town for concert

Very close to my favorite spots. Basement East music venue. Dukes late night bar. Tons of great restaurants Hike at Shelby Bottoms.

Just shy of great.

Everything was great excerpt a few large details. The Wi-Fi password was wrong on our welcome email. We did reach out to property management who said they would come by… they did but we never received a text confirming they did. Eventually found the correct Wi-Fi password on the modem. Could not get the upstairs bedroom to connect to Wi-Fi ever. We were not given any complimentary coffee (just enough for 1day until we could get groceries) or extra trash bags for the kitchen and it would have been nice to have more than 1 shampoo for 5 people.

Communication with the manager was difficult. One of our family left an item. Their team was non responsive. In addition there was used towels left in a bedroom and no hand soap in the bathrooms.

Friend reunion

Met up with two other college friends in Nashville for a quick weekend getaway. We all live in different states. East Nashville is a cool, semi-gentrified area super close to downtown. The house was very nice, clean and had no real issues. Coffee maker didn't seem to have all the correct parts to make coffee (which was a major bummer). The pull-out sofa was NOT comfortable, so I would recommend the owner buy a new one, or at least a better mattress. The second bathroom is just a teeny half bath under the stairs, so only one shower, but is manageable. Easy to get Uber/Lyft from the location. We rented a lot of scooters for transport too, which is fun. Nashville is known for bachelor/ette parties, and was woken up by one the first night staying next door. Overall, great experience and would stay there again.

Great stay!

This place was very clean. It had the essentials to get us started on our 7 day stay, very comfortable and quiet. 9 minute Uber ride to Broadway, and many local places closer. We would definitely recommend it!

Great place!

This place was in a very convenient location, just a quick Uber to Broadway. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute Place; Questionable Neighborhood

The place is cute, but the neighborhood is quite shady. There were homeless on the main road leading to the place. Still had a maintenance worker in the home when I checked in. The lower level would not cool down at all. Dog hair on the furniture and a slight dog smell in the lower level. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the vanities are a nice touch. Bathroom water pressure was weak. The hot water temperature is a little low.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This property looked nice online, showed up and it was in a terrible part of town which can be overlooked, but what I cannot over look was the tapped up bullet hole in the window. That is absolutely not ok and this property should not be up for listing until that is fixed I have tried to reach out for a refund because we obviously did not stay there and no one is helping with that so spare yourself the experience that I have had I never to take take any vacations and now I wasted a ton of money I didn’t even get to stay in and had to pay to sleep somewhere else so even more of a waste of money VRBO needs to take down this listing until the damage is fixed
