NAIA Nationals

Property was beautiful inside and had all the amenities that we needed for comfort, cooking etc. ONLY two complaints, the location of the property (neighborhood) is on the lower end. As I explained to the owner, had my husband and son not been there with myself and daughter in-law, I would have booked a hotel last minute and forfeited the money that I had already paid as I wouldn’t have felt safe. Secondly,, this was a duplex. While my family was not obnoxiously loud. We did play games one night and aired up an air mattress for my son to sleep on. The neighbors were banging on the walls as they felt we were being too loud. Which was alarming and uncomfortable as we felt as though we needed to tip toe around the property until we left.if the owners could pick up this home and place it in a more favorable location I would compare our stay to be similar to that of a 4 star hotel.

Not too bad

The property was very clean and ready for guests. Very open floor plan and roomier than expected. Private back yard was very nice. The neighborhood is pretty run down but this property was fine. A couple of cons…..the air fresheners in each room were way too much and it smacks you in the face when you walk in. We unplugged them all until we left. Still have that smell in everything we brought with us. Also, the owner charged us 20 for a cutting board that split as soon as we picked it up. Lesson learned, take a pic and send to the owner as soon as it happens to possibly avoid the issue. Otherwise great communication and friendly owner.

Wonderful!!!

The neighborhood looks a little scary but it is actually quiet and there were no issues. The inside is so cozy and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. You can tell the host really cares about the property and guests. I would 100% stay there again!!
