The view from your private terrace of the marina is stunning. Take the elevator to this large 2 bedroom condo which has all the necessary comforts for you to enjoy. The kitchen has a gas range, oven, microwave, fridge, all the appropriate equipment for preparing meals while enjoying the view of the pools and court yard from your kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a private terrace with a view of the marina, a small table and chairs for outside, sleeps 2-4, with two twin beds. The very large master bedroom sleeps 2 with it’s own sitting area and terrace connecting with the main terrace off the living room and a stunning view of the marina and mountains, while viewing the cruise ships in the background.

The living room has a hide a bed, sleeping 2. All mattresses are memory foam for the best comfort. The dining room has a marble table that seats 8. All rooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans and all rooms have large smart TV’s to watch all your favourite shows, just log on to Netflix, Disney, Prime plus enjoy the free Wifi.

There are two large pools and a garden where you can cool off, bathrooms and showers for after sunbathing and lounge chairs to relax under the Puerto Vallarta sky. There are tennis and pickle ball courts on site as well as a rare covered dedicated parking spot for your vehicle. It is a private complex, with 24/7 security in all areas. Just walk across the street to the golf course to play or have lunch or walk right on the marina with lots of shopping, tons of restaurants and entertainment. Every Thursday through the high season enjoy the evening market on the marina with local crafts, foods, art and entertainment. Enjoy all the excursions you can think of which takes you right from the marina to snorkelling, fishing, beaches, party boats, jet skis etc.
