Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in International City. With lots of epic restaurants and shops to drive to, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The apartment is located only a short drive away from Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure.

With a nice open plan dining/sitting room (complete with T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome as you see the city skyline.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'.

There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a free private car parking space and the nearest mall is just 10-min drive away as well as other useful shops. Dubai Silicon is only 10 min drive away.

The Neighborhood:
The mixed-use residential community of International City, it presents a new perspective of a cosmopolitan lifestyle. It has a large number of apartments and it's close to the road network and the amenities and facilities make it a destination of choice for locals as well as ex-pats. The construction guarantees a neighbourhood that values community and intends to meet the growing ambitions of retreats in a calm environment.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Careem if you prefer.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay before check-in via Airbnb for this service

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
