Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all the building’s amenities, including a private swimming pool, gym, and children’s play area. There is also a dedicated covered parking space and 24-hour security.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), you are steps away from the famous Walk at JBR, which offers a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for evening walks or family fun. Nearby attractions include Dubai Marina, The Beach Mall, and Bluewaters Island.
Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located near public transport, including the Dubai Tram and Metro, making it easy to explore the city. Sheikh Zayed Road is also easily accessible, providing direct routes to Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, and other key attractions.

We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines.
- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
