Please note our house rules: Pets are welcome, with a limit of 2, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! Ensure you keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our quiet hours. Smoking is permitted, but we kindly ask you to do so in designated areas. Visitors can join you, but we allow up to 2 visitors. Enjoy shared spaces including our beautiful swimming pool, which is accessible from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but please notify us if you plan to use the BBQ area, as there is a cleaning fee of 200 MXN. We also encourage energy conservation, so please turn off lights and appliances when not in use. There is a basic cleaning service available for 500 MXN per night if needed.
