The living space is amply furnished with sumptuous sofas and is abundantly bright, with the sun beaming through the oversized windows. The interiors are decked with luxurious decorations, making the space feel ultra-elegant and sophisticated.

With an astonishing view, the oversized balcony has a harmonious design and a private pool for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals.

There are four bedrooms delightfully furnished with a delightful king bed. The beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The 4.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The penthouse is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

The neighbourhood of this property is an excellent location to explore the city. This area is home to Ski Dubai, Dubai Marina Walk, Madinat Jumeirah, FasteR Rent a Car Dubai - Sports Car and Luxury Car Rental Dubai, Bay Central, Splash Pad, Palm Jumeirah West, and Marina Promenade - Emaar. Many restaurants and bars exist, such as Hotel Fairmont The Palm, Bussola, Riva Beach Club, TAMANI Marina Hotel and Hotel Apartments, DRIFT Beach Dubai, Sumo Sushi, and Bento DMC. There is also a great spa, Two Seasons Hotel and Apartments, and a KFC takeaway.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version, Careem App, are available in the city.

The nearest tram stops are Dubai Marina and Dubai Marina 1, which is an 8-minutes away on foot.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
