This beautifully furnished apartment offers a warm and inviting retreat near Dubai's top attractions.

Designed with an open-concept living and dining area, the space is perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversised windows flood the room with natural light, adding to its charm, and open to a balcony with seating—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing a meal, from an electric hob and oven to a microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The first bedroom offers a king bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two double beds. Each bed is prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom has everything needed to freshen up, including a shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for added comfort.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

It is a fantastic location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away are the iconic attractions of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. For dining and entertainment options, there are restaurants and bars like Social House and Atmosphere Burj Khalifa nearby. Whether you want to take in the stunning views from the Burj Khalifa or enjoy a meal with a view this is the perfect place for you.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Dubai Mall Metro (line M-RED), is just an 8-minutes drive.

DXB Airport is 22 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 28 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 6 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 18 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 27 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
