Completely disappointing and dirty

House was dirty when we arrived. Cobwebs in kitchen on the cabinets directly above the stove and on the ceiling. Cushions for rooftop seating were missing and some with holes in them. Was told they would drop some off but never did. Shower in master did not drain well - standing water. Toilet in hallway kept running. Bi-fold door on bathroom kept coming off track. Huge holes in screen door. Large crack on closet mirror door. Propane tank was nearly empty. They did drop off another one when we informed them of this. I was embarrassed to have booked this property for my extended family. It is an expensive property because of the ability to hold many people but how can you charge that much money and cleaning fee for something in that kind of shape. I wish I could attach photos. Do not rent this place if you think you are going to get what you see in the pictures. The rooftop furniture looks nothing like what you see. Picture must have been taken years ago.

Not worth the price

This property is extremely overpriced for the condition and location of the property. They charged us 100 per hour for an early check-in, which with most hosts they don't charge a fee or it's much less. The neighborhood is sketchy. There was a huge crack across the mirrored closet doors in the master, and a hole in the curtain in one of the bedrooms when we checked in. The property manager charged us 50 for the hole which was already there. I would never stay at this property again.
