Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all the condominium facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and green areas. They are asked to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and keep the place clean during their stay.

To easily navigate around the Tulum area, you can use the available public transportation, which includes taxis and colectivos that will take you to main tourist attractions. There are also several car rental agencies nearby, so you might consider renting a vehicle to explore the region at your own pace. If you enjoy exercise, there are bike paths and walking trails that will allow you to enjoy the natural scenery and beauty of the surroundings.

Other Things to Note:
Welcome to your home away from home! Please note our rules: No pets are allowed, and visitors are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Additional cleaning fees apply for long stays. The property has shared spaces, but unfortunately, they are not available for guests. We are committed to responsible energy use, so please turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave. The AC works autonomously. TULUM is a small town experiencing significant growth. It does not have a robust electrical infrastructure, and in our commitment to the environment, the air conditioning system operates autonomously. When the temperature reaches 22°C, it turns off automatically. To enhance your experience, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which can be turned on with the switch next to the remote control, and their speed and light can be adjusted using the same remote. Additionally, feel free to open the large windows in each room and the living area. Please note that the air conditioning will not operate if the windows are open.

For security reasons, an ID will be requested both through the platform and upon arrival at the property.
