It has a Romantic Master bedroom with a king bed and luxurious bedding w/ amazing water views to wake up to, it has a tv and a huge en-suite bathroom with a huge bubble soaking tub, double vanities and a shower with two shower heads and jets! Truly an experience!

And cooking together in this luxurious kitchen will be an amazing experience with water views on 2 sides!

It has a beautiful large gourmet chef’s kitchen with fully stocked for your cooking needs and yes for you coffee lovers we have a keurig coffee maker with a single serve option or you can brew a full pot and do provide some coffee for you, also have an electric tea kettle and tea options!

And it also has a wet bar with a mini fridge & large Ice maker!
The kitchen also has a large island and a breakfast nook with incredible water views of course!

It also has a Living room and a cozy den with wood burning fireplace,TV, bookshelves with some good reads and more water views.

Outside you ll find a lovely large deck with outdoor living space and comfy furniture, a gas grill

Enjoy fishing right off the rocks in the backyard!

The sweet small town of northeast is a few miles away and is home to the famous woody’s crab house and a few great cafes/ brunch spots, also some sweet shops and it’s a delight to walk under the string lights draped over the streets at night while eating ice cream.

Please do not instant book this property for small events without communicating with the host if u plan on having more than 3 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host..
in which extra charges of $30 per person per additional person may be added.

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , each pet has its own pet fee.
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.

No loud Music during quite hours.
