Pools are not heated.

The road leading to the condominium is not fully paved, so we highly recommend renting a car, scooter, or bike for easier navigation during your stay.
A copy of your ID and a list of all guests are required at the time of booking to ensure smooth access to the property.

Parties are not allowed. Please maintain respectful noise levels, especially outdoors or near other guests. Security may intervene if loud activity persists.

Condominium Pool Hours: 9 AM - 10 PM.
Safety: Glass items are strictly prohibited in pool areas.
Please note that pools are unheated and do not have jacuzzi jets.

Please note that Wi-Fi is primarily available in the living room and may have limited or variable coverage in the bedrooms.

Tulum’s drainage system is sensitive—please dispose of toilet paper in the trash bin provided.
Trash containers are located outside the condominium, and we provide a couple of starter trash bags.

At checkout, we kindly ask you to:
Take trash to the outside containers.
Ensure dishes are cleaned and put away.

We accept up to 1 dog. No other pets are allowed.
