The Space:
Spend afternoons in leisure on the deck, soaking up the plentiful sunshine while you sip on a refreshing cocktail (or two!). Venturing out to spend a day at the beach or explore the rich cultural tapestry of the city will be a literal breeze, the home within close proximity to both and providing ample opportunities for fun in the sun. By sea, take a scenic boat cruise along the Intercoastal Waterway or a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades. On land, immerse yourself in mesmerizing masterpieces at the NSU Art Museum or marvel at the captivating exhibits at the Museum of Discovery and Science. Of course, you must also set aside some time to explore the shopping and dining scene offering everything from quaint seaside cafes to award winning restaurants and eclectic boutiques.

This newly built home is the ideal spot for between-adventure relaxation, with exactly everything you need to complete your stay. The well-equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for the option of preparing delicious meals right at home or simply unpacking takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. The chic dining table seats the whole crew for formal meals, afterward clearing the dishes for a competitive night of card games.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom includes a queen size sleeper sofa, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• This home is a sister unit to Sunshine Retreat and Sunshine House, both also located on the property. You may encounter other guests coming and going during your stay.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 55 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. A flat pet fee of $180 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.

Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (40 minutes) and Miami (30 minutes).
