The main floor features the kitchen/dining/living room space, along with the laundry room, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, and one additional full bathroom.

The main upstairs has a bedroom with a full bed and en suite bathroom, plus two more bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with a tub.

The second upstairs area is a large room with two queen size sofa beds. This room doubles as a movie theater room and office.

Above the attached 2-car garage is a studio apartment with two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a small full kitchen. You can only access the studio apartment through the garage.

The house is on 75 acres of mostly woods that your crew can explore!

Right next to the house we have our 2 beloved goats, Mantis and Pepper Potts, a.k.a. Manny and Peppy. These 2 lovely ladies will happily entertain you with their goat antics.

We also have a flock of happy hens, plus one head honcho rooster, Big Red. He doesn't like to sleep in, and he probably will let you know about it, so be sure to keep that in mind when assigning bedrooms (the window for Bedroom 1: Main suite is right by Big Red's house).

Please do not enter the animal enclosure, for your own safety and the safety of the animals. You can enjoy watching the animals from the backyard and back deck.
