Luxury at its best in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom non-smoking condo on the 18th floor in the highly sought after Dimucci Twin Towers. This oceanfront condo is one of the nicest condos along Daytona's
From the moment you enter the spacious unit you will be captivated by the spectacular views of the ocean, beach and river visible from the panoramic windows throughout the home. Whether you are enjoying the beach or enjoying a book on the oceanfront balcony you will constantly feel like you are in an absolute paradise.
This Daytona Beach Shores condo offers 3 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 queen beds.
Large dining table, living room, full kitchen with breakfast nook table, appliances, 65" TV in the living room and 55" TV in the primary bedroom, 42" Smart TVs in each guesy room as well as in unit washer & dryer. The Penthouse Condo has a private lobby level Garage parking for 1 vehicle.
Our property amenities include 2 crystal blue Pools (heated), 2 hot Spas, 2 Workout rooms, 2 fun Pool Tables, a Library and Conference Room, and 2 beautiful Clubrooms with Kitchens. Great location in Daytona Beach Shores near Restaurants, Shopping , Daytona Speedway and Airport! There are a wide assortment of restaurants and stores within close proximity to the unit.
We currently do NOT have beach access from the property due to damage from hurricane Milton. There are beach access stairs 2 buildings to our north and a drive on beach access just to our south. Beach driving access is also allowed here-- its fun and wonderful!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Minimum age: 25 for primary renter
CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (If the unit is ready earlier our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS: Dogs under 20 pounds accepted. Must provide proof of rabies vaccination.
PARKING:
One reserved spot in the first-floor garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot first comes first serve.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. We will greet you upon arrival and provide a tour of the facilities.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
