Just a few blocks from your front door, you'll find the exciting events and attractions that Old Town has to offer! You can easily explore the area by renting a scooter or bike. The famous hiking destination Camelback Mountain is only 3.4 miles away. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful, and access to your loft is very convenient, including a self-check-in option.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, basic cooking utensils, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a Keurig coffee brewer, and flatware and dinnerware for four guests. It features a dining table for four, which is perfect for meals, and you'll find complimentary coffee upon arrival and a stackable washer and dryer for convenience.

The living room has a 55-inch smart TV for streaming, a half bath, and soaring ceilings over 15 feet high. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

In the lofted bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. Nightstands have built-in charging stations, and the walk-in closet provides ample space. Fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The outdoor space features a private patio just off the living room, perfect for enjoying fresh air.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.
