In the evenings, gather around the wood-burning fireplace after preparing a delightful meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. With welcoming property owners nearby, this cottage promises an unforgettable and tranquil retreat.


The Space
Spectacular, waterfront, and fully equipped for all seasons, this stylish beach house provides plenty of amazing outdoor and indoor experiences.

Revel in the picturesque views from the large private deck while sipping your morning coffee or cooking your favorite meal on the large BBQ. Enjoy a walk on the beach with your own umbrella and lounge chairs, take the paddles and go kayaking on the bay, or swim in the beach. In the evening, gather around the designated fire pit on the beach to roast marshmallows, tell tales, and sing songs.

Indoors, the Great Room with high ceilings offers comfort and luxury. Get cozy and marvel at the unique and stylish decor with luxurious sofas to watch Satellite TV or Netflix. Dine on a stunning dining table or even on the deck watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and all essentials for cooking your favorite meals. Powder room is also situated on the main level.

Four large bedrooms are situated on the second floor, overlooking the beach. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise while sipping your morning coffee in a hammock. The deck on the second floor offers views of the bay. The Great Room features a king-size bed and ensuite. A second bedroom has two organic cotton queen beds, and there is a second bathroom on the floor. The third bedroom has its own queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom features a balcony that leads to the deck. Central AC keeps you cool in the summer, and central heating keeps you warm in winter.

The basement is equipped with a full gym and two queen beds. Enjoy family time in the living room while watching or listening to great music on the stereo. Two single beds are also provided for a quick nap during the day. A full bathroom as well is located in the basement.

Take a drive and explore the many nearby parks or trails. The closest towns are La Fontaine, just 5 minutes away, Penetanguishene, 15 minutes away, and Midland, 20 minutes away. Cottage is very close to a Wenda provincial Park where there is hiking biking among many other things.

Parking is available for 6 cars.
