Experience a beautiful space with modern luxury located in charming Gaslight Clifton. This spacious apartment has been renovated while maintaining the historical detail.
With over 1,400 sq ft, you'll have 1 bedroom (King size), a sunroom/office/bonus bedroom with full size fold out bed, 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room. Air mattress also available, if needed.
Free covered parking in the carport and free street parking in front of home.
This 1890’s duplex was recently remodeled and restored in 2022 and 2023. Your apartment is the first floor, boasting 1,400 square feet of space. While the home has had dense rubber underlay to mitigate airborne sound between floors, you may hear footsteps above you!
Within the unit, you’ll have 1 bedroom with a large comfortable king bed with an attached full bathroom. Make yourself at home and get comfortable in one of our supplied robes and read a book in the corner reading nook by the window.
Additional rooms include a formal dining room, fully stocked kitchen, a living room and a dual function sunroom that can be used as an office space, extra seating or additional sleeping (fold out futon bed).
Outside you will have access to lounge on the front porch, side porch or back patio, all equipped with various seating.
You’ll have access to the home via the front door (door on the right - 353), as well as a door directly from the driveway into the kitchen on the side of the house. You’ll have keyless, self check-in at your convenience, using Nest digital door lock entry with the last 4 digits of your phone number that will be active only during the days/hours of your reservation.
NOTE: *please do not unplug the “Nest” white wall plug in. This is the wifi extender that connects the door lock.*
Guests may access the front porch, first floor of the home, carport for parking and backyard.
The guest will not have access to the upstairs unit, back stairwell, the basement or laundry (at this time).
Please message us through the app and one of us will get back to you ASAP! That is our preferred method.
In case of emergency or anything time sensitive, you may contact either of us via text or phone.
The basement is owner space - please do not access or use without communication with the host.
