Centrally located on the seafront opposite the beach and Limassol's promenade and a 5 minute stroll to the Marina and Zoo. This recently refurbished modern 1 bedroom 6th floor apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, sitting and dining area and free Wifi.

Accommodating 3 adults or a family of 4 using our double sofa bed in living room.
Ideally situated for all holiday makers and close to amenities, public transport, cafes, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A/C in main bedroom and living area.

Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 10Kwh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.

Water is included (no charge).

WiFi is free.

During the summer season beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag if required.

It must be noted that although this charming apartment is centrally located on the popular main seafront road, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night.

The apartment is strictly non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.

The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
