Come and relax in this 4-bedroom Surf City beach retreat. This townhome boasts 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 set of twin bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests (up to 8). With 4.5 bathrooms, convenience is key. Enjoy the awesome in-unit amenities like high speed Wi-Fi, a community swimming pool (less than 10 steps from the carport), elevator, with a washer and dryer in unit, two dedicated parking spaces, all just a 3-min walk down an onsite boardwalk straight to the beach. Our unit offers a deck on each floor.

The top floor is an open space for watching a large tv, playing games, hanging out, in addition to the rooftop which offers gorgeous sunset views over the intercoastal after a long day at the beach.

We're located just 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge, in walking distance from all the things you want to do in Surf City during your visit.

We provide bed linens for all beds, in addition to 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per guest. We also provide a bathmat for each bathroom and 3 kitchen towels.

We also provide beach chairs and beach towels.

IMPORTANT Please Note: The minimum booking age for our rental is 28 years old. We also REQUIRE a separate signed rental agreement for our property. We do have a blink security camera in our carport.

For years, we rented homes in Ocean Isle Beach, enjoying family vacations there. In 2021, we switched to Topsail/Surf City, and honestly, we’ve never looked back. This area is a hidden gem, rich in history and natural beauty. After visiting for two consecutive years, we decided to buy our own home to share with other families, where lasting memories can be made. Growing up, the beach was always a cherished part of our family memories, and when we think of family vacations, it’s always the beach that comes to mind. Now, we love creating those same memories with our son, Ashton. The beach is the perfect place to slow down and hit the reset button, especially with how quickly life moves.

This is a small community of 12 townhomes. There are full time residents who live here full time in our community. This community is just a few blocks right off the ocean with easy access right down a boardwalk that runs adjacent to our property with direct beach access. This is a quiet, family friendly community, we do not allow parties. This is great for a few families or extended family to spend time vacationing together. Easy access to the beach or a pool for those days you want to stay low key with no sand. We are 1 miles from all the great things to do in Surf City, easily walking distance at a 15 minute walk to coffee and ice cream shops, shopping, restaurants, and more!

We are a new property finished at the end of 2023, this property was rented for the first season in 2024, all furnishing are brand new. We wanted to provide a stylish, modern but comfortable feel for our townhome. Not many properties in the area offer a boardwalk right to the beach, alongside a pool within the community, while being close to all the things you love to do in Surf City. We are 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge, and only a short 30 minute drive to Wilmington.
