You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.

Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located at the entrance of our home that records activity when somebody enters or leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules.
