The area
You are staying in a residential area downtown, next to the Green Belly Button Natural Reserve that also holds Cancun Cathedral. This is also very well connected with supermarkets, malls and shopping areas, as well as restaurants and local markets, such as the local artcraft “mercado 28” and the local food corner “parque de las palapas”.


PARKING
There is Parking available under request at the property. It costs 150 MXN per night.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Cancun to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit nor in the garden area. There will be a minimum $250 USD penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
