Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed).

This house has it all. The backyard is a high end resort. It includes beautiful custom landscaping worth $250k. It features outdoor Travertine flooring around the heated pebble-tec pool, a spa/hot tub, outdoor TV, custom Kitchen-Aid BBQ and kitchenette w/an outdoor stove, 18 person outdoor table, 6 person firepit tables with custom Pergola, & 8 sun lounge chairs.

As far as games, the backyard has a mini-putt putt green, ping pong table, foosball table, cornhole, Jenga and a dartboard.

Inside the game room, you have a billiards table, 3 retro Arcade games and 25 other board games. Some include Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards against Humanity, & viral game called, "What do you Meme."

As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you have built in Samsung appliances, a new Samsung Refrigerator, and a 36" induction cook-top. You also have a custom 8 person quartz waterfall island table in kitchen.

As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful high end tile and finishing's in every bathroom (5 full bathrooms). You have a soaking black tub in the master bathroom with 2 rain shower heads & a 59 inch Floating Vanity, and the other 4 bathrooms have rainfall shower heads. 4 of the bedrooms have En-Suite bathrooms. The fifth full bathroom is downstairs on 1st level. 2 of the bedrooms are also on the first level.

Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

Bedroom 4- Queen Sized Bed w/en-suite bathroom (Sleeps up to 2 max.)
Bedroom 5- King Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max.)
Bedroom 6- King Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max.)
Bedroom 7- King Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max.)
Bedroom 8- 2 Queen sized beds (Sleeps up to 4 max.)

Family Room--Sectional Couch become the equivalent of 4 twin sized beds and 1 memory foam roll-away bed is located in master bedroom closet. (6 max).

Additionally other family room has 2 twin sized convertible sofa sleepers.
**Please let us know if you want the couches to have sheets on them and setup as beds.**

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
Pet fee: $200 total plus taxes (Max 2 pets with owner approval before booking)

Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$400 plus taxes per request (when available).

Heated Pool & Spa Service available for an additional fee:
$225 dollars for the first day
$150 for each additional day plus taxes
Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes up to 3 full days to warm the 20,000 gallon pool. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation. This fee is non-refundable, so please only pay for it if you are sure you need the pool to be heated. We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 20,000 gallons of water for the property owner.

**Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to only heat the built-in spa.

1 Propane tank provided. Extra propane tanks can be purchased for $50 per tank to operate gas firepit table, or 2 firepit bowls

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
